We are an award winning Country Pub who prides themselves in producing fresh homecooked meals ranging from Pub Classics to A la Carte and Daily Specials. We are looking for someone to join our team and working with the Head Chef & existing team help us to reach our full potential.
40—45 hours per week based on over a 5 day period. Includes Split Shifts, Weekends and all major holidays.

Role— To help run a busy Country Pubs restaurant Kitchen. Working alongside the owners to produce fresh ingredient menus, special boards, functions menus and special events
The right candidate will have a minimum of 1 years experience as a Sous Chef with experience in running and working as part of a team. Will work well under pressure in a fast paced kitchen.
We have a position available for someone to join our amazing waiting team.
This role would be for between 16 - 24 hours per week with a combination of weekday lunches/dinners and at least 1 day at the weekend. Minimum age for this role would be 18 due to working on the bar. Previous experience an advantage, however full training would be giving.

We are looking for a part-time kitchen porter. Primarily this would be 2 shifts per week with additional hours available to help cover holiday and sickness. The suitable candidate would need to be available weekday lunches and weekends
